I have always been fascinated by people's career paths, professional turning points, and their ability to reinvent themselves with meaning and boldness. What drives me deeply is revealing each person's uniqueness through an approach that combines HR expertise, keen intuition, and repositioning strategy.
After more than 20 years in demanding environments—Microsoft, Accenture, McKinsey, Deloitte, etc.—I have honed a strategic understanding of organizations and a human perspective on career paths. I have conducted thousands of interviews, supported talented individuals in their transitions, and developed cutting-edge expertise in professional development, interview preparation, and salary negotiation.
