I have always been fascinated by human trajectories, career turning points, and the ability people have to reinvent themselves with meaning and boldness. What deeply drives me is revealing each person’s uniqueness through an approach that blends HR expertise, refined intuition, and repositioning strategy.
After more than 20 years in demanding environments —Microsoft, Accenture, McKinsey, Deloitte…— I have sharpened both a strategic understanding of organizations and a human reading of career paths. I have conducted thousands of interviews, supported talent through transitions, and developed strong expertise in professional positioning, interview preparation, and salary negotiation.
